A. How you became a Triathlete
- I got tired of only running, and it is a good way to compensate for all the Sierra Nevada that I drink.
B. How you balance training, family, work, and life in general:-)
- I try to get up early to get my workouts done before work, as a result there is very little interference with my other obligations throughout the day.  If there is surf and the waves are good all training gets but aside.
C. Good Training Tip
- A cold beer after a hard workout or race is always acceptable.
D. Races that you are most proud of and why
- 2007 Wilmington YMCA Tri.  It was my first one.

- My Grandmother.  Remember that we are blessed to have the resources, time, and ability to do what we do. Never take it for granted.
