HOW DO YOU BALANCE, WORK, LIFE AND TRAINING IN GENERAL? By keeping a routine training schedule and making sure you take one full day for R&R (rest AND relaxation).
GOOD TRAINING TIP: By having a good balance, mixture of training efforts (race focused as well as logging in the time and miles necessary) you can race well and still enjoy the training.
