1. If you have a family, you pretty much GOTS to hit it early or mid day – after work workouts can only be about 1 x a week

2. Join the TriClub; it will help you be consistent

3. Get your stuff ready the night before, its part of committing to the next days workout – it also kinda “serves notice” to the fam

D.Races that you are most proud of and why – Every darn one of them. On Valentines Day, I wear all my finisher’s medals to bed. It’s clinky
