How I became a Triathlete

I got into Triathlons because I really want to be the best at exercising. My first Tri was WB in 2008.

*I would like to give specially thanks to some friends that got me into doing Tri’s and helped with my training over the past year.*

Bud Woodrum, Glenn McCarroll, Tony Skrypec, Dave Baker, Matt Whisthoff (aka Mr. Stern pants), CB, Steve Heritage, Ken, John Morgan, Terry Mann, Jason and Leigh Adams. Thanks to all of you for pushing me 

P.S. Glenn McCarroll = Yoda : Listen to him he knows what he’s talking about.

Also, without my wife Katherine supporting me I would not be where I am today, she’s how I balance my life and training.

Training Tip:
Train hard and push yourself. If you do this the races should be easy.

Just because it’s really hot out or raining, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t train. What happens if it’s like that on race day?
