Shawn Spencer started racing triathlons and duathlons in 1989. Shawn sites his participation in the 1979 Junior Olympics as ground zero for his passion for racing. He considers each day a race. That being said, he is proud of every race. He loves to push his body to its limits. A true athlete to his core, he always gives his best every workout, every race, everyday. Shawn finished IMBrazil in 2009 and looks forward to more long races in the future.
