This was my first ever pool swim triathlon and I have to say that I will never do another. I suppose it was my own fault for not anticipating the logistics of a pool swim. I am used to open water swims where you start in waves and at the most you only have to wait about 15 min to get into the water. In a pool swim you can only start one at a time and even though someone goes every 10 seconds if you are #360 like I was that is alot of 10 seconds to add up. Even though the race started at 8am I didnt start my swim until 9am. Other than that the course was wonderful. I even enjoyed the swim once I got in the water.

At least you did it! There are quite a few races around here that are pool swims and are run quite effeciently by Setup Events. Since you know now how they work they are pretty fun. Different yes, but fun for sure. Great job!
