Blockade Runner to Atlantic Marine 6-29-10

There is a couple of people dropping shoes at Atlantic Marine, 5:35am and then swimming from Blockade Runner at 5:45am on Tuesday morning. We are going to run the loop and then back to Blockade runner at a 7 ish minute pace. Swim at your own risk. Know your limits.
