The best customer service ever!! We showed up with a flat stroller tire. Zach saved our day so my sons and I could go walk the loop together on a school holiday. I highly recommend. Thank you Zach!
Had an old bike we weren't using because the brakes never worked properly. Took the bike in to Bike Cycles to check it out. Within 15 mins, Zack, the sales manager, had the brakes fixed, charged me a reasonable fee, and had me out the door! Highly recommend this place.
What a wonderful store!!! I came in to have my bike serviced and found both the people in the store to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was well stocked too. I would not hesitate to come back again and highly recommend it!

I've been taking my Trek Hybrid to these gents since I moved to the area. I trust them and their knowledge. Best prices around. Jackson and Zachary are good guys, always a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

How Our Repair Process Works
Dust Off Your Bike & Bring It In
Remove any excess dirt, dust, or grease before your arrival. This will allow our mechanics to provide a more accurate diagnostic and estimate.
Having trouble unloading it from our vehicle? Notify our Team ahead of time and we'll be happy to assist you.
Check-In + Preliminary Estimate
We'll provide you with a complimentary diagnostic and write up an initial estimate of what your bike needs to function safely and optimally.
We may test ride your bike to better assess any issues pertaining to the brake and/or drive train systems. With that, we ask that you leave the pedals on.
Prior to check-in, we advise removing any items from your bike that are not integral to the job. These items may include locks, water bottles, bike computers, baskets, etc.
Work In Progress
Worn out parts and other unclear mechanical issues sometimes present themselves while on the repair stand. In these situations our experienced mechanics may contact you with an updated quote for your approval.
Notified When Complete
When the work is done you will receive a text message on its completion including the total amount owed. If preferred, we'll also return any replaced items (e.g. tires, pedals, etc.) with your bike.
