Bike cycles is in my opinion the best bike shop in Wilmington, and the best specialized dealer in north and South Carolina. I came from Charleston to buy a bike from them. The staff is very knowledgeable and everyone I dealt with was kind and excellent service! I love this place!

Ordered a bike directly through Specialized and had it delivered here to be set up. Got an email from Specialized that the bike had been delivered to Bike Cycles and it should be ready in 2-3 days. To my pleasant surprise though - these guys called me about an hour after that email saying it was ready for me to pick up! Couldn't believe how fast they were able to get everything set up. Bike was set up perfectly, and everyone in the shop was very courteous. Great to know I have a knowledgeable and efficient shop right here in Wilmington.

When I came into town from Texas for the IMNC 70.3, Shawn and his crew at Bike Cycles got my bike primed and ready. I rarely review places, but this team deserves a five-star review. I’ve brought my bike in a couple of times for maintenance, and each time, the staff have been super-friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they have never allowed me to pay for maintenance that I didn’t need.

Had an old bike we weren't using because the brakes never worked properly. Took the bike in to Bike Cycles to check it out. Within 15 mins, Zack, the sales manager, had the brakes fixed, charged me a reasonable fee, and had me out the door! Highly recommend this place.

Went in to have a new groupset installed. The entire staff was very courteous, and non-condescending about my bike. They recommended the best and most economical way to improve my bike (TREK CROSSRIP ELITE) and Jon Bisnette did an excellent fitting, spent a lot of time with me, tweaking everything. Body Geometry Fit with Jon was great! He really takes his time and ensures you are comfortable before you leave. Customer service in Bike Cycles is top notch and the owner Shawn Spencer is engaged in every aspect of the business. Shawn is also a veteran and this shop is very veteran friendly.
